NY in 3 days with 2 Open Houses and the most AMAZING video on social media! We attempted selling our house previously with another realtor a year ago and was very disappointed in the unprofessional approach the realtor projected. Scott is a true professional with a calm and reassuring nature who could help anyone buy or sell a home! This was a real challenge as we relocated to another state to a new build home in the south. Scott stayed in touch wanting to know our closing went smoothly. Don’t have any hesitation to call and chat with him about anything as you go through the process. He will be there for you!! “After struggling to get an offer accepted on a house for about 5 months and being unhappy with a prior realtor, I had seen Scott’s posts on Facebook and the amazing reviews he had and reached out.”
Shortly after my husband and I were having Scott as our realtor, we got a house within the next couple of weeks. As first time home buyers, we were somewhat clueless and did not have the proper guidance with our first realtor, but Scott took the time to tell us what to look out for and how things worked with the whole buying process and just in general what we should be looking out for when looking at a house. Scott is so personable, understanding, honest, patient, and hard working. We only got our current house because of Scott working later in the day, being great with communication, being flexible, and because of the lender he got us in touch with. I texted him after I finished work around 4:30/5pm asking him to see a house that didn’t get any offers and right after he confirmed it was available, he said he would see us soon. We saw it and we got it later that day. Scott is an amazing realtor, my husband and I couldn’t have been happier and thank him for making this process enjoyable!
